    Vacuum Flash Evaporator

    This method of sea water desalination will require a method to create a vacuum in a container with seawater and a method to heat the seawater.

    Solar energy can fulfill both of these requirements. Wind and wave power can also be used. A combination of solar, wind and wave energy will be used for testing our initial prototype.

    This will operate without electricity, motors or storage batteries.

    Solar heat energy instead of photovoltaic solar and wind and wave energy for mechanical pumping for both vacuum and water distribution. This lowers the cost of entry significantly. This method and design has very low maintenance requirements and uses a much smaller amount of consumables.
